We are seeking a reliable, caring nanny and family assistant to support a structured, welcoming household with three children, ages 8, 6, and 4. The ideal candidate is proactive, engaging, and enjoys supporting school-aged routines and activities.

📍Mercer Island, WA

📆Start: 3/23/26- End of August

🕑Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00a.m – 5:30p.m. (38 hrs/week)

💰Pay $30-$35

About the Family:
This family values patience, structure, consistency, and open communication. The 8- and 6-year-olds attend elementary school. The 4-year-old attends half day preschool during the week. The position has a lot of variety and time to accomplish agreed upon tasks! Both parents work out of the home and are looking for a nanny who is warm, patient, self-directed, and active. Their kids love to play outside with each other and like creative activities. They’re seeking someone who takes the initiative, communicates clearly, and has positive, long-term relationships with previous families. They also have a senior indoor only short haired cat.🐈

Responsibilities Include:
Getting older kids on and off the bus, taking younger child to and from preschool in parent provided car and caring for all children before and after school and during summer.
Getting kids to and from summer camps and activities and taking them on outings, big bonus if you love to swim. Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children
Grocery runs and agreed upon errands.
Managing family laundry, children’s dishes, and tidying up play areas
Maintaining consistency and structure throughout the day

Qualifications:
2+ years of childcare experience
3 long-term childcare references available upon request
The flexibility to commit short to mid-term
CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification)
